ABOUT
Polyester is the only album released by a postpunk cultic band from Prague Rny tla. Their music means musical sincerity, domestic uniqueness, expresivity and effectiveness. The band, which was established in the mid 80s and has been still performing up till now with some breaks, is influenced by blues from Australia and Berlin, country a psychedelic disco. Most of the lyrics are written by leader and singer Jindich Hoch (Hank J. Manchini), who also established a very popular band Moimir Papalescu & The Nihilists. Rny tla toured Czech republic and Europe. At that time the band became a natural reaction to the Berlin music avantgarde such as The Bad Seeds, etc. With a new quitar player Hadji (today also bands Stargazer or Bruno Ferrari) the band started to open more to a wider audience and released the only official CD Polyester.
